THE FRAME FARM


Over two hours later, Sharlene has recited the entire Frame family tree, down to the last cousin and Dutch uncle. Dazed and disoriented, suffering from a splitting headache, you stumble away, tripping and falling into the pond.

You sink like a stone, then your natural buoyancy rises you to the surface, where you lie on your back.

You float serenely down the pond, names and faces parading themselves before your eyes. The current whisks you along until it connects you to a tributary, which eventually dumps you in the Bay.
