Sharlene rises to her feet, her face flushed, and splutters,
"But my BABY was there, crying for her Mama-"
"No, I think that was the time she was trapped in the storm drain. But getting back to the issue at hand... I mean, come ON, Sharlene, talk about STUPID!"
Sharlene is seething with rage and can hardly speak. Poking her in the chest you say,
"Speaking of the storm drain, where were YOU when that happened? The one time she really needs you, with rats crawling all over her,..."
Her lips flecked with foam, Sharlene is quivering with barely suppressed rage.
